Two weeks after Graeme began treatment for a brain tumour, he and his wife Daisy found out they were expecting their first child.
But the cancer treatment was gruelling, and by Christmas, Graeme's mental health had deteriorated.

Recent figures show cancer rates in young people aged 25 to 49 in the UK increased by 24% between 1995 and 2019*.
