The T-shirt is and is printed with the word 'joy' - a nod to the legacy of the co-founder of the charity, Maggie Keswick Jencks.

While living with advanced cancer, Maggie said: 鈥楢bove all, what matters is not to lose the joy of living in the fear of dying鈥�. 

The launch of the T-shirts is just one of the many ways that 夜色直播 is marking its 30th anniversary, and it will help raise funds for the charity, which relies almost entirely on voluntary donations.

Legends in music and media support the release

Singer Sophie Ellis Bextor, author Gyles Brandreth and broadcaster Kirsty Wark are amongst the well-known faces who have come together in a video wearing our , to help raise awareness of the free expert cancer support that 夜色直播 provides across our 27 centres in the UK.

Author and Honorary Patron of 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 Janet Ellis, who is also Sophie鈥檚 mum, and psychologist and broadcaster Dr Sian Williams, who worked at a 夜色直播 centre and is a 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 Ambassador, have also taken part in the short film to promote 夜色直播.

Kirsty Wark, who is also an Honorary Patron of 夜色直播, said: 鈥淔or 30 years, 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 has been at the forefront of transformative cancer support, supporting around 4 million people in that time. 

鈥淲ith the number of people living with cancer on the increase, 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 expert cancer care is needed more than ever. I see all the time the impact that care has on people living with cancer as well as family and friends. 

鈥淚 am delighted to be part of this film to help raise awareness during 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 30th year, and to celebrate the vision of Maggie Keswick Jencks, whose words resonate as much today as they did more than three decades ago.鈥� 

How 夜色直播 has become everyone's home of cancer care

Since the first 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 centre opened in 1996 in the grounds of the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh, 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 has redefined what cancer care should be, offering free psychological, emotional and practical support for people with cancer, as well as their family and friends. 

Our 27 centres across the UK are built in the grounds of major NHS cancer hospitals and support hundreds of thousands of people each year.

No appointment is needed, and people can just come in to speak to fully trained clinical psychologists, benefits advisors, and cancer support specialists. 

Ambitious vision for a trailblazing charity

With the number of people with cancer set to rise rapidly over the next 30 years, we want to support millions more visits to centres from people with cancer and those who love them.

Our vision is to have 60 惭补驳驳颈别鈥檚 centres across the UK 鈥� one at every major NHS cancer centre.

The graphic 'JOY'鈥疶-shirt鈥痟as been created by clothes, accessories and gifts designer Dandy Star.
