Getting here by:
Car
We are situated just off Westburn Road and this is the easiest access to our car parking spaces through the hospital barrier system.
Our parking spaces outside the centre can be in high demand. You can find additional free parking on hospital grounds in the Lady Helen multi-storey car park opposite the main hospital entrance, which is a 10-minutes walk from the centre (on a moderate hill). Alternatively, there is paid on-street parking on nearby roads.
Public Transport
There are frequent bus services running on Westburn Road and also to the hospital site. For more information please take a look a the .
You can also see the timetables for First Bus services .
Walking
The easiest way to reach the centre by foot is from Westburn Road. If coming from other parts of the hospital, the centre is signposted.
Accessibility
The main entrance to ҹɫֱ²¥ is situated within the first wooden section you see when you approach the building, and we have two doors that open into the main space of the centre.
There is no reception; one of the team members or a centre volunteer will greet you when you enter.
We have one larger, accessible toilet in the centre and two smaller toilets. Our centre activities all happen on the ground floor, which is accessible via our main entrance. There is a ramp leading from the main floor down to the toilets and into our group room.
We have a variety of chairs and sofas to choose from, so please do let the team know if you have a preference for seating (e.g. we can arrange for different chairs to be brought to the main area if needed for mobility/comfort). We want to make your visit as comfortable as possible for you, and look forward to welcoming you into the centre.
If you require any specific support accessing the building or have further questions about accessibility, please give us a call before your visit or send us an email, as we are happy to discuss how we can support you best.
