Position:
Clinical Psychologist
I have worked on the psychological impact of physical illness my whole career.
At ҹɫֱ²¥, I am able to give visitors time to emotionally process what is happening, a safe space where you can express how you feel and explore ways of working with that. I love helping individuals, relatives and groups to apply what we know about how our minds work and building psychological resilience to the challenges of cancer and treatment.

Position:
Cancer Support Specialist
I am a therapy radiographer, having worked in the Radiotherapy & Oncology clinical setting since 2010 before joining Maggie’s in 2019 as a Cancer Support Specialist. It is a privilege to have been here from the beginning of Maggie’s Cardiff and work in such a warm and supportive environment.
My role is to support anyone affected by cancer, whether you are the patient or a loved one of the person diagnosed. I can provide one-to-one emotional and psychological support, give advice about treatment options and side effect management. If you need support with anything related to your cancer, I am here to help you and listen. All of this is done in a warm, relaxing and supportive environment and always with a cuppa!
I also run some of our support groups, workshops and courses here in the centre. We have a fantastic programme of support for you and your family to access, so just come in and have a chat with us, anytime you need.
