You'll be joining thousands of participants for this fun and inclusive event for all ages and abilities taking in some of London’s most famous landmarks – all while enjoying a great family day out. And what’s more, it’s the only mile event that finishes directly outside Buckingham Palace.
By taking on the mile for Maggie’s and the Ruth Strauss Foundation, you will be supporting families affected by cancer.
With six million more people expected to receive a cancer diagnosis between now and 2040, combining forces means we will extend our reach and breadth of support to help more people and families impacted by cancer.
